Big shout out to the Shurguard Chiswick team. Consistently helpful, quick to answer questions, explaining things. All staff were helpful when I moved my stuff into my unit in January and wonderfully helpful with the removal company when I vacated my unit in September. Throughout my contract with Shurguard, my unit was clean, safe, dry, kept at the right temperature and completely secure. I had bad customer service at another storage facility locally, so in January 2024 I chose Shurguard - I am really pleased I did! Great service.

It was a great experience with the staff; Subhan was friendly and helpful at such quick notice.

The guys who run this place are amazing and an asset to the company. They genuinely care about their customers and their work. If you ever have any issues you can speak directly with the manager and he is very responsive and will personally help. It's very good value for money, extremely clean and secure. Highly recommend.

Chaps there were easy breezy to talk to and helped me size up my unit, without fuss. Showed me how the locks operated and gave me simple instructions to follow, for when I leave the unit. Happy customer

The location manager at Chiswick, made the experience very good. Everything possible was done and communicated to me clearly. When I arrived at the facility on Saturday evening, everything operated just as Sapna had advised me. It's staff like this that reassure your customers. Thank you Sapna.

Brilliant customer service and very helpful.

Brilliant customer service explained everything, set me up to access my storage, friendly and professional. The storage site is new, clean and feels very secure.

Only disadvantage was the mandatory requirement to pay for goods insurance upfront. If you can prove you have your own goods insurance, they will refund as credit but would have preferred a cash refund. The locks are bespoke so you are strongly incentivised to buy their lock, bringing your own is difficult because it likely wont fit.

Experience was fantastic and the ease to book a storage was very smooth. Kai was very helpful and warm and the whole process was quick. Excellent service all-round 👍🏿
