Used the Unit during a downsizing move. Robert was great, helpful, welcoming and professional. The 75 sq ft size was perfect, easy access, clean and pretty good opening times.

I used Shurgard Self Store for temporary storage during a home move. I found it easy to rent a unit, many unit size options were available. The location and easy access made the Dover units a good choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, easy to approch and always there to help if needed. It was a great overall experience and I would have no hesitation in using Shurgard again or recommending them.

Turned up before the removal team (Deal Lite Removals, fantastic team) came along with the van. Spoke to reception they were very helpful and directed me to my storage unit. After a quick check-in, all went smoothly including checkout that Rob sorted for me. many thanks.
