Smooth online process, customer support checked in a couple of times and followed the onboarding process very closely. I am really satisfied. I am giving 4 stars because I was not pleased with the lack of visibility of the mandatory insurance costs. These become apparent only when you are through the renting process.

Plezierig en goed geholpen, echter de app werkte slecht bij het verlaten van het gebouw. Deur ging niet open. Iemand anders heeft de deur geopend. App mer veel moeite en tijd weer hersteld.

Ik ben erg goed en geduldig geholpen door janette zeer professioneel contract telefonisch voor mijn in orde gemaakt krijg meteen de code, bij eerste keer aankomst aanmelden en meteen geregeld sneller en beter is er niet shugard heeft altijd ruimte en je word super goed geholpen thanksss janette!
