Shurgard Self Storage - Farnborough Opiniones 

We have been using these storage units here for 6 years now and have never had an issue. The staff have always been helpful and reliable. We recently needed to upgrade our storage unit and Sarita was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She went out of her way to assist us and took the time to show us the unit sizes beforehand. Our new unit is exactly what we wanted. Thank you Shurgard for an excellent service provided these last 6 years!

My wife and I recently visited the reception area of the
Farnborough site to close our account, as it was only meant to be a temporary measure back in January 2026
Now, in August 26 we decided to sort this out. My wife, who suffers from claustrophobia, asked the receptionist, Carol, if she would mind if she could use the stairs instead of the lift, as we know it's alarmed. Carol was very helpful and understanding and helped my wife with this request, as my wife needed to see what we had stored in our 2nd-floor unit.
After finishing our locker check, we came back down to the office, and Carol sorted out the necessary paperwork to complete the final details.
Overall, a very pleasant and helpful experience.

I had a great experience moving into my storage unit thanks to Riyad and Sarita. Riyad was extremely helpful on the phone and made sure I had all the information I needed before arriving, which made the whole process much smoother.

A top rate all round service. We rented a storage unit at Shurgard Farnborough and from start to finish the experience was second to none. The staff there Val, and Sarita were always so helpful and friendly, they are a real asset to the company. We highly recommend Shurgard to anyone thinking of using a storage unit facility.

Just from customer service alone, I couldn’t recommend Shurgard in Farnborough more. A lady called Sarita helped me over the phone due to me accidentally making a duplicate booking for storage. Sarita explained to me in great detail how the likes of the entrance and use of the storage works and regardless of me accidentally causing her extra work, it wasn’t a problem too big for her and she was ever so friendly, quick to resolve and a happy voice to deal with at the other end of the line.
Very easy company to get through to all in all if assistance is required, though the process overall of making use of the storage facility sounds simple enough!

Serita is fantastic and super helpful. Amazingly easy and she’s so professional. Great security too.
