Snel, efficiënt en vriendelijk

Onmiddellijk geregeld dat ik binnen het half uur opslag had. Op basis van mijn best cryptische omschrijving wist Nolan (dacht ik) me alsnog de correcte afmeting opslag aan te bevelen, kleiner dan wat ik ingeschat had, waardoor dus goedkoper. Met telefonische begeleiding door de registratie geloodst en supervlot geregeld. Ondanks het kleine doolhof vond ik alsnog vrij snel mijn opslagruimte (verstopte zich in een hoekje achter de deur :) ).
De promo waarvan ik niet op de hoogte was werd spontaan toegepast en de uitleg was duidelijk. 👌
Dag erna nog telefoontje om te checken of het vlot gegaan is ⭐️

Goed bereikbare locatie en propere…

Goed bereikbare locatie en propere bergruimte.
Vlotte toegang via de app.
Duidelijke instructies om toegang te krijgen.
De beschikbaarheid van de trolleys kan beter.
Het aantal is beperkt en soms zijn er geen te vinden.
In de vestiging in Oostakker is er ook geen kantoor met personeel ter plaatse.

Het spijt ons tevens te lezen dat u niet op de hoogte was dat dit een op afstand beheerde vestiging is. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Ik had online een grote opslagruimte…

Ik had online een grote opslagruimte gekozen. Ter plaatse raadde de verkoper mij dit af en stelde een veel kleinere opslagruimte voor. Ik heb duidelijk vermeld wat er allemaal in moest. Hij overtuigde mij dat dit wel ging lukken. Op de dag van de verhuis bleek de ruimte toch te klein. Ik moest dus een tweede ruimte bij huren. Wat mij veel duurder uitkomt want nu heb ik 2x administratiekosten, 2x verzekering en 2x een slot moeten betalen. En ik kreeg op de tweede ruimte niet de actie van 1 maand gratis omdat ik zogezegd al klant was. Ik weet niet of het een verkoopstechniek is
De toegang tot de ruimtes verloopt wel vlot met de app

Ze geven professioneel advies en bepalen dagelijks de juiste opslagruimte voor onze klanten. Het spijt ons dat dit bij u niet het geval was. Bij Shurgard kunt u uw spullen op elk moment gratis naar een andere opslagruimte verhuizen. Dit kan op elk moment ook wanneer u uw box al in gebruik heeft. We hopen dat dit inmiddels is opgelost.
