Terrible service
Terrible service. Tried to book a storage unit but they cancelled the contract saying “security flagged up” and I am not allowed to book a storage unit with them, with no explanation as to why not. On calling the customer service, he basically said they’re a private company and can do as they please. Would never recommend to anyone as extremely disappointing customer service.

Only fools and Horses
This company reminds me of comedy Only Fools and Horses. I went to Greenford branch with my girfriend to help her to choose storage. When we arrived there, member of staff Shan was showing what storage we could get. To my suprise he was ignoring mouses that was runing around, even when I pointed out to him.
After the viewing, Shan asked then my girlfriend to leave a Google Maps review. When she stated she didn't know how to do it, he offered to do it for her on her phone. He then proceeded to write a five-star review on her account, including his own name and a compliment to himself for providing great service. So bizarre and unprofessional.

Shan made the Shurgard experience the best it could be!
Shan answered all questions, went above and beyond and made the moving process so much easier than it was going to be.
Nothing was too much of an ask for him. Would highly recommend Shurgard Greenford because of Shan!

Very well informed
I went to this branch a few weeks ago to buy some boxes and see some of the storage units that are currently available. Mandy was very helpful and let me know about reserving a unit for 30 days until I know the exact date that I'll be needing the unit from. I would have given a 5* rating if they still sold bubble wrap and had the larger size boxes I needed, but Mandy's service was top notch.
