Prompt. Efficient and very helpful as I came with stuff on the day without having gotten the rental unit first.

Great customer service.

I was very pleased with the great customer service I received today. Shan was very helpful, answering my many questions & provided good advise as I’ve never hired a storage unit before. Thank you very much Shan!

Renting an additional unit

Mandy helped me rent an additional unit - very straightforward and she prepared the paperwork whilst I retrieved my ID.
She helped me find a unit near my existing one so I can just use both of them easily!
