Absolutely appalling company they auctioned all my belongings.. everything from photos to sensitive documents.. all of my life belongings I had severe mental health and was homeless and living in Tempory Acomodation and on the day I was giving birth to my daughter .. everything from clothes to passports furniture jewellery photos and my childrens belongings and all my professional certificates were auctioned.. appalling company this happened in Greenford amd I still suffer with total grief and regret for ever trusting this company .. how they could auction my life and belongings I will never ever get over. I still suffer this loss and am disgusted how this company think it’s ok to do that to someone… I was not even told where the auction was and they even put me on to debt collectors in which I was paying as they too told me my storage was safe …I lost my deceased parents jewelery my childrens school reports and I lost touch with reality as I was traumatised so much and take advantage of the company shame on you
