Jag har bara dåligt upplevelse med Shurgards personal.
Jag har bara dåligt upplevelse med Shurgard. Jag hyrde en förråd den 9ocktober 2022, när vi väl kom till förrådet, koden funkar inte, jag skulle flytta från min lägenhet denna dag, jag hyrde en flyt firma. Eftersom 9e oktober var en söndag, och vi kom inte in i förrådet pga att koden inte fungerade, bestämde jag att hyra ytterligare en förråd till, denna funkar inte häller. Mina saker var tvungen att övernatta i flyttfirmas bil, och jag fick betala ytterligare 5000kr utöver vad jag skulle betala flyttfirman.
Jag har pratat med Shurgards personal, jag har inte fått mina pengar tillbaka från ena förråd och inte fått hjälp ännu.
Det är tråkigt att en sådan sak sker och man inte får hjälp av Shurgard.
Jag uppskattar återkoppling från Shurgard.
