Mir wurde wegen eines Fehlers eines…
Mir wurde wegen eines Fehlers eines Mitarbeiters ein Neukundentarif angeboten. Ich wusste gar nicht, dass es ein Neukundentarif ist, da mir der Mitarbeiter dies nicht mitteilte. Shurgard warf mir vor ich hätte versucht diesen Tarif zu erschleichen. Shurgard änderte ohne meine Zustimmung oder eine weitere Mitteilung den Vertrag in der App auf etwa die doppelten Kosten. Außerdem wurde ich nicht informiert, dass einige Lagerräume nicht per Laster zu erreichen sind. Die App ist hilfreich und funktioniert gut.

Wie schön, dass es noch so service-orientierte Unternehmen gibt. Alle Ansprechpartner waren stets erreichbar, extrem bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit über das erwartbare hinaus.
Der Mitarbeiter in Hamburg Alsterdorf hat mir persönlich den Raum gezeigt sowie bei der Installation der App geholfen.
Auch die Räume sind gepflegt und das System professionell.
Ich bin mehr als zufrieden!!

Der telefonische und auch der persönliche Kontakt waren sehr freundlich. Der Einzug verlief schnell und problemlos. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Das Gebäude und mein Lagerraum machen einen sauberen und sicheren Eindruck.
