Vielen Dank an Alex
Ich habe vor kurzem einen Self-Storage unter der Adresse „Bramfelder Str. 149“ gemietet und hatte eine wirklich sehr positive Erfahrung – vor allem dank „Alex“.
Alex hat uns alles äußerst geduldig und verständlich erklärt und sich viel Zeit genommen, um all unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Ihre freundliche und professionelle Art hat den gesamten Ablauf für uns sehr angenehm und stressfrei gemacht.
Man hat gemerkt, dass es ihr wirklich wichtig ist, dass wir uns gut aufgehoben fühlen. Ein so hervorragender Kundenservice ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Vielen Dank an Alex für diese großartige Unterstützung!

Relativ einfache Anmietung. Versicherungsfrage zum gelagerten Inhalt war schwierig abzuwickeln - eigene Versicherung wurde mehrfach in Frage gestellt!

Tolle Beratung
Tolle Beratung, hilfreiche Begleitung der Mitarbeiter:innen bei Fragen, Flexibilität hins. Veränderung der Lagergröße, Sicherheit bei den Abläufen. Vor Ort sind leider die Transportwagen etwas unflexibel, so dass es bei dem Transport in den Lagerraum einen Unfall gabe nd zu einem Schaden an dem einzulagernden Möbelstück kam.

EINFACH, UNKOMPLIZIERT, STRESSFREI
Sehr gut fand ich, dass ich das Lager Problemlos online mieten und direkt bezahlen konnte. Das ich ein Schloss dazu kaufen konnte und gleich alle Zugangsdaten bekommen habe, so dass ich als Neukunde sofort zu meinem Lager konnte ohne noch groß irgendwelche Dinge klären zu müssen. Und was mir besonders gefällt, ist, dass der Zugang über das Handy mit ihrer App sehr sehr einfach und unkompliziert ist. Das gibt es nicht überall. Keine umständlichen Codeeingaben etc. Bin allem in allem sehr zufrieden und würde mich definitiv wieder für ihr Unternehmen entscheiden.
