Ich wurde am 2.11.24 von einem Mitarbeiter sehr nett und ausführlich darüber informiert, wie die Einlagerung meiner Möbel abläuft. Am nächsten Tag habe ich dann meine Möbel dort hingebracht und konnte dann die Infos problemlos umsetzen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Lagerraum und werde Shurgard gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben keinen Zugang zu unseren…
Wir haben keinen Zugang zu unseren Sachen im Lager bekommen. Unser Hausstand ist in zwei großen Lagerräumen, wir haben einen Umzugswagen gemietet, Helfer dabei und stehen vor verschlossenem Tor. Die Hotline ist nur zuständig wenn man eingeschlossen ist. Wir mussten unseren Umzug abbrechen und werden weitere Schritte einleiten.
