Incredibly helpful staff they helped me…
Incredibly helpful staff they helped me find the room I needed and a removal service along with the trolleys they supplied and lifts it was a breeze would definitely recommend using their service and would have no hesitation in going back if ever I need storage in the future

Slightly cumbersome access to the yard though with re-registration at point of entry.

Rubbish experience
Rubbish experience, there’s no coordination between colleagues.
- They force you to take their insurance and when you provide yours they don’t act upon it sooner.
- I had shared the renunciation signed form but they lost it.
- The app tokens don’t work when you login.
- The gates don’t open with the code shared, when you are trying to open physically, however it opens when you go to the app and open as GUEST not even logging via your account. You can imagine the security of the information.
