I met both Kayla and Caroline who were extremely pleasant to deal with helping me pick suitable packaging and better packing methods.

They also went above and beyond advising me on Maneuvering/Transporting/Handling which made moving a whole lot easier for me which I greatly appreciated.

Kayla was a great help changing my locks for unit when I lost my keys

It was a pleasant experience the receptionist was helpful and the whole process was straight forward and very east to navigate I couldn't ask for more to be honest I guess surguard the highest rating so far all is excellent.

Shurgard Herne Hill is the best storage facility I’ve used thus far. Kayla and Caroline were super helpful and polite. Exactly what I expect from great customer service. I love that access is gained through the app so no one can gain entry unless signed up with app etc. very advanced. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

I just rang the Shurgard number and got put through to the Herne Hill branch, where a lady called Kayla dealt with my call. She was amazing, really really helpful, Kayla was very understanding to my requirements. I have booked a unit thanks to the service recieved.

Facility is modern and kept clean, evening hours aren’t great but it’s because of council restrictions, trolleys and doors have always worked perfectly for me.

Kayla was really helpful and gave us all the information and options we needed to get quickly booked in and into the unit. It was very clean and very well organised.
