Came to CPH last year and left some stuff that didn't fit in my backpack. Returned a year later and everything was so easy, the access with the app, the cancelling of the contract, everything great.

Jeg har fået den bedste kundeservice…

Jeg har fået den bedste kundeservice man kan ønske sig ifm. rumskifte - Først hos Niclas som var tålmodig i sin uddybning hvad det indebar at skifte rum, og efterfølgende var hans kollegaer lige så venlige og imødekommende.

Det er et dejligt sted at komme og jeg elsker deres app som styrer porten så man bare kan køre lige ind og ud af porten. Den har også et godt overblik over aftalen og faktura mv.

Behagelig onboarding

Jeg har netop lejet et opbevaringsrum hos Shurgard Amager og er meget tilfreds med oplevelsen. Efter at have booket online blev jeg hurtigt kontaktet af en kundekonsulent, som både tilbød mig en bedre pris og gav en klar og venlig introduktion til adgang og brug af deres app. Det hele har været nemt, effektivt og imødekommende – kan klart anbefales.

Rummet jeg har lejet passe perfekt og kunne rumme min ting. Jeg hente jeres app som fungeret med det samme.
Jeg fik et opkald om tirsdag fra jer om mit rum passe og om jeg var tilfreds. Det synes jeg er god kunde service og kan kun anbefales til andre

Sublim service og lynhurtig oprettelse af lejeaftale hos Shurgard

Meget hurtig og enkel proces ved oprettelse af lejeaftale på opbevaringsrum hos Shurgard. Medarbejderen gav kompetent rådgivning og vejledning pr. telefon i forbindelse med ændring af min reservation til en egentlig lejeaftale. Der blev sørget for, at jeg forstod vilkår og betingelser, og jeg blev ikke efterladt med ubesvarede spørgsmål. Sublim service hele vejen igennem!
