Excellent facility. Clean and plenty of equipment to move your stuff around. The team there were very friendly and knowledgeable. If we need storage again, will go back with no hesitation.

Really poor customer service. Seems there is a policy of stealing your money after you have vacated the property (the responses to the same issues on here show that is absolutely the case - we have reported to trading standards also). We told the staff handed back our lock but was still charged a further £80. Went into store and staff point blank refused to help. Called head office again pout. Blank refused to help. Had to retrieve the money through. Visa dispute with the bank. Will never use their service again. Hate thieves especially business thieves. The offer looks good but it’s a con.

Update: nothing to do with a lock. You charged my bank account when you knew I had left the unit and refused to give me my money back. It’s called stealing. Shame on you.

Perfect for what I needed, very easy and simple to access. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. My only comment would be that it was icy when I loaded and I nearly slipped over, would be worth keeping a bag on salt on hand for such days! Doesn't effect my review though because it's a rare situation.

This storage unit is close to my house so very accessible. The prices are absolutely incredible compared to local alternatives. We were greeted by Wendy when we just dropped in with some questions and asked to see a unit - nothing was too much trouble for Wendy, she was warm, professional and friendly, great at explaining every aspect of the process - we kept waiting for the catch but it never came! The service really sealed the deal for us in choosing Shurgard in the end, Wendy was fantastic, a real gem for this company. Choose Shurgard!

A very simple and easy process, polite staff

I had a great experience renting a unit at Shurgard Kettering. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process, and the facility felt very clean and secure. Access was easy and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended!

Excellent organisational set-up. Big car park allowing for large vans and even 7.5 tonners. Covered loading/unloading area, huge lifts, easy and secure access, very helpful staff (thanks, Wendy!) A range of new cardboard boxes and packing materials are available for purchase on site, too.

I couldn’t believe how easy and straightforward this place was. It was far better than I expected it would be, and the lady working there (Wendy) is just the best.

It’s perfectly clean, easy to park and unload your stuff, and easy to take your stuff to store. Just what I needed and I may use this place longer than I planned as it’s so convenient. Thank you!
