Nice and easy
First time using a service like this, Shurgard was a very smooth experience. Easy access with the car to the parking, trolleys available on-site. There is an elevator if your storage is on the second floor. Great value compared to Nacka Forum site.

Enkelt att beställa och trevligt bemötande
Enkelt att beställa utrymme online, trevligt bemötande av kundservice när jag senare hade frågor samt väldigt fräsch förrådsbyggnad i Nacka-Värmdö. Appen och nycklar som väntade inne i förrådet gav en smidig lösning för att komma in första gången. Allt gick som smort, och jag är supernöjd.
Det som drar ner betyget från fem stjärnor till fyra stjärnor är otydligheten kring priset när man beställer. Man lockas in med ett pris exklusive moms och sedan tillkommer avgifter. Inte snyggt.
