Mismatch between costumer-selected move-in date and move-in date in the system caused invalid access code
My booking started the 6th of August, I arrived there and my access code was invalid. I had to call and about 10 min later one of the employees opened the door for me, saying that my booking started in July 31st and that’s why my code wasn’t working. Nonetheless, even on the confirmation email Shurgard sent me it clearly stated that the move-in date was August 6th, so it is evident to me that it was a mistake on Shurgard’s end, maybe on their booking system or something. The employee didn’t give me further explanation when I showed him the email with the move-in date on August 6th which also left me quite confused. I hope Shurgard can fix the mismatch between costumer selected move-in date and the move-in date in their system so there is no need to go through this experience.

Grootste oplichters!
Het gaat om Shurgard Nijmegen.
Mijn box heb ik op 1 november 2024 opgezegd, alles netjes leeggehaald en schoongemaakt. Nu durven jullie te beweren dat ik op 12 november nog een keer binnen ben geweest? Dat is een keiharde leugen! Vraag ik om camerabeelden krijg ik die niet vanwege privacy? Nou ik wil mezelf zien die op 12 november daar is geweest, waarschijnlijk mijn geest.
In plaats van de €450 die ik zou moeten terugkrijgen, ontvang ik nu slechts €98. Dit is pure oplichting, en ik accepteer dit niet! Ik eis dat dit onmiddellijk rechtgezet wordt en dat het volledige bedrag van €450 wordt terugbetaald.
Dit is werkelijk onacceptabel!
Ik zal ook een advocaat inschakelen!

Kwaliteitsopslag voor een mooie prijs!
Zoals elke Nederlander let ook ik op de kleintjes. Ik had opslag nodig en ben op zoek gegaan naar opslag voor een mooie prijs incl kwaliteit van de opslagruimte. Zonder enige twijfel zeg ik Shurgard staat op nr 1. Hopelijk heb ik de opslag niet lang nodig, maar op dit moment zeer tevreden. Gr Theo.
