My experience today at Shurgard Ruislip…
My experience today at Shurgard Ruislip was excellent. We were assisted by John and he was first class from the moment we stepped in. Customer service is very important and John was brilliant. Shurgard is lucky to have him. Excellent!

I go with a renting van and the office…
I go with a renting van and the office was close at 3:50pm on Friday ( should close at 6pm).
So I can’t access to my storage because I was a new customer and need collect the key on the office.
The customers services offered me to move in Greenford storage.
And ask me to pay more for the same storage and I will not receive all my money back.
So I wasted a lot of time with a big extra cost…

I needed a unit at Shurgard
I needed a unit at Shurgard, Ruislip, and it was urgent. Tahir was very helpful and kind. I felt I booked the wrong size, and he said I can move into a bigger unit, and I had to, the following day. Josh was very helpful and kind too, and moved me from one unit to another, as Tahir was busy. Thank you Tahir and Josh. Excellent Customer Service. Really appreciate both your help.
