Professional from start to finish. Lovely people too! Not only did they do an incredible job on what we put an order in for, they also went out of there way to fix the issues of some shutters we’d had done by a ‘cowboy’. Just remarkable.

Shuttercraft Aylesbury was brilliant. I might add, they cover a vast area of Bucks & Berks so the name is misleading. Glad I contacted them despite that as the consultation was brilliant. Lucie is friendly, professional, treats the job as if it were in her own home, knowledgable and prompt. The communication in between this appointment and the installation stage was also great. We were kept abreast of any changes. Jason came to fit them and was efficient, tidy, professional and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Also, I like that they’re not in any way pushy to sell the product. It speaks for itself. Thank you both!

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Jason and Lucie. They spend time working through our windows, including one very tricky bay. Ensuring that every measurement was accurate and talking us through how the shutters would open and the best materials for different rooms. The installation was a breeze and we were very lucky that the shutters arrived earlier than we expected. They look amazing and make the rooms cooler, when finances allow we will be in touch for more as they are just so stylish and practical. Thank you so much guys!

From my first enquiry to finished installation I found Shuttercraft very easy and professional to deal with. I found their prices very reasonable compared with other local companies I had quotes from. The fitters were very clean and tidy and done a fantastic job in fitting my shutters. Overall I’m very pleased with the product and the service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Lucie and Jason provided excellent service , polite, punctual, tidy . They listened to our needs . We are delighted with our new shutters , can’t rate them highly enough .

We are so pleased with our shutters, the quality is exceptional and they look great. We had a lovely couple who came and measured for our shutters,very friendly and explained the whole process to us. The fitters again were very friendly and cleared up after themselves. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We will definitely be using them again in the near future.

From our initial appointment, for choosing shutter styles, colours and measuring up, to the swift fitting, the whole process was very professionally undertaken.
We were informed of lead times, and once our shutters had arrived they were fitted soon after.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful and once fitting was complete, I couldn't find any evidence of them having been there (and I looked very hard due to having a new 10 week old puppy who likes to wonder around and eat things he shouldn't!).
The workmanship is second to none.

Superb Service All Round

It was a pleasure to work with Shuttercraft. They were very professional and the whole experience from first contact through to installation was seamless. After obtaining a few quotes, Shuttercraft provided the best price right off the bat and not much negotiation was required compared to the exceedingly high quotes received from other larger chains. The Shutters were also configured in a better way than some of the other quotations. Communications via email and phone were excellent and the quality of the finished product is exquisite. Thoroughly recommend and am sure I will contact again for further business.

I can highly recommend Lucie and Jason who took a lot of time explaining how the shutters would look and answering all of our questions, all without any hard sell.
