Shuttercraft - Bristol Opiniones

When I came to the shop, the young man gave me an estimate that was way out and I almost didn’t go further.
The shutters were installed on the day booked and are satisfactory.

Thanks
C M Carter.

Great service from start to finish & really pleased with the end result! Would highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish. The blinds look very nice and set off the from of my house. Lovely finish thank you.

Fitter was superb all round fantastic service would recommend

Every day I look at our shutter blinds and think wow. So pleased with them.
Thankyou so much

I am very happy with the quality of Shutters specially with the fitter who was very conscientious pleasant and tidy worker highly recommend 👍

There was a small glitch, one shutter frame was not quite right but the fitter did not attempt to make it work they have just ordered a complete new shutter. The ones that are fitted look really good and well fitted. The fitter Mark did a really good job. Thanks Rod

Great service with good communication on progress and delivery. Good quality product and very tidy job fitting. Would definitely recommend.

The shutter craft service was excellent, couldn’t fault the installation.

I would highly recommend them.

We are really pleased with our shutters, the quality and the fit. We will be recommending you to friends and family!

We had Marcus fit our shutter in the kitchen. He did a superb job, was polite, friendly, couldn't have been any nicer. Top job. Recommend for sure. They look great. Thank you!

Friendly and efficient service throughout. I really appreciated the updates whilst we awaited delivery, which was affected slightly by Covid/Suez problems. Fitting was superb. The shutters look great, and we're particularly pleased with the Shutter & Shade option we went for in the bedrooms. They completely black the rooms out with no need for curtains over the top. You also cannot see the blinds at all when they're pulled up.

Had to call fitter back as corner not aligned
Despite a plethora of emails from shutter craft re covid protocols fitter didn’t wear a mask, so rather a disconnect with theory and practice.

I absolutely love these shutters. Measuring fitting all went very smoothly. Delivery was slightly longer than expected, but not a negative as advised by the team. I had concerns about having shutters incase it might make my room dark, it's completely the opposite as the light floods in :)
Great service.

We are so pleased with our bay window shutters. Shuttercraft’s service was excellent from start to finish, and especially how they operated whilst we made the order during the third lockdown. Felt safe, secure and in good hands throughout. Great quality shutters and service at a competitive price. Thank you!

Good communication and great shutters for a great price, would highly recommend!

Shuttercraft were amazing. The customer service was excellent. Would recommend.

I never take the time to review services- but on this occasion I feel compelled to do this as service was outstanding from start (nice helpful person on phone), person assessing, good communication throughout, did what they said, timely etc - and simple pain free processes right through to finish (efficient and capable installer of shutters that fitted and look fab!) This was an absolute no customer stress service which is rare experience for me. I am very grateful!

Excellent service from Shuttercraft. They came to measure and gave advice on what would suit our window. The only down side is we had to wait quite a few weeks for delivery. Once arrived they came straight away to fit. They look gorgeous and really pleased I chose Shuttercraft Bristol.
