Shuttercraft - Harrogate Opiniones

Excellent product , great fitting . My issue is aftercare & communication. One shutter was fitted in November which wasn’t what I’d ordered ( the order placed was unclear & never clarified with me so I wrongly assumed it was correct) . 8 months later I’m still waiting for the replacement shutter to be fitted & I’ve had to chase it as opposed to being kept informed of what’s happening, however I’ve given up now.

Both guys came promptly and cracked on right away.
Fitted all the blinds and no mess were so pleased at the way they look.

Shutter installation

Fantastic service and excellent quality shutters.
Adam provided a quote along with another 3 companies. I chose Shuttercraft because I liked the quality of the product and Adam’s no nonsense approach.
I was informed of the realistic timescales at the outset, which set my expectations.
The fitting, was super quick and the boys were very clean and tidy.
Would definitely recommend Shuttercraft Harrogate 💯 %.

After ordering our shutters Adam went above and beyond to help fit them.
He came a day early to allow me to have more time to attend a funeral the next day.
My wife absolutely loves them 👍

Adam at Harrogate did my shutters.

I am beyond pleased. My fitted shutters go beyond my expectations. I would totally recommend them.

Also, all the comms were great too. Very, very happy. Thank you

The appointment for measuring was executed very professionally and explained all points around the shutters and various options available. A trustworthy experience that put me at ease.

Excellent experience, great communication from the onset. The installation was clean, quick and very professional.
The shutters have transformed the space, doing exactly what we wanted.
I would not hesitate to recommend Shuttercraft of Harrogate
Thank you

Honestly can’t recommend them enough. Contact with Julie and Adam regarding delivery updates was great. We were recommended Shuttercraft by friends and they haven’t disappointed- the quality of materials speaks for themselves - the shutters look lovely. Fitted personally by Adam and his dad who went above and beyond- thank you 🤩

From the initial contact with Julie an appointment was made for Adam to carry out a survey. Adam arrived at our home as agreed and, without any pressure selling whatsoever, explained the product to us and carried out the survey. This was followed up by a quotation within 24 hours.
We placed our Order and were given a timescale for delivery and fitting. Julie kept us informed and today the shutters have been fitted. Measuring must have been perfect because they look superb.
Adam was very respectful around the house (2 bay shutters and 3 window shutters) and we are delighted with the outcome.
Anne and I wish Shuttercraft Harrogate every success in the future.

Adam and Julie made the process of choosing and buying the shutters really easy. They were professional, helpful and friendly. The shutters are beautiful and really well-made. Someone recommended Shuttercraft to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product and excellent service.

Excellent service and installation by Adam today. Shutters look amazing and look like they’ve always been there. Adam friendly and super knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble. Will definitely use Shuttercraft again.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Julie was lovely and friendly on the phone and texts. The guys were great when they came to fit the shutters and were friendly and very efficient; tidying up as they went along.
Absolutely love my shutters.
Would happily recommend Shuttercraft-Harrogate to my friends and family….
Thank you….

We are very happy with our new shutters and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shuttercraft. The service has been fantastic from start to finish!

Very happy with the shutters we ordered. Slight delay due to issues in the Red Sea, but definitely worth the wait. Adam did a great job of fitting the shutters and removed all the packaging as well as cleaned up any mess.
The staff were always very responsive when contacted.
Very happy with the product and would use again in the future.

Great service from start to finish.

From coming out and measuring up, to giving us a quote and then through to our install. Everything has been spot on.

Adam was helpful and gave us some great advice on choices. Julie was lovely too on sorting the quote and coordinating the install.

The lead time was longer than anticipated but it was out of their hands.

Cost wise, they were a little more but we feel like we’ve got good value for money.

We’re really pleased and certainly made the right decision in choosing Shuttercraf Harrogate.

We have used Shuttercraft before so we knew our shutters would be designed and made carefully according to our exact specifications. We are so happy with the results! They were fitted well and everything was left extremely tidily once they had finished.

5* service. Reasonable prices. Great communication. No pressure to purchase. Excellent final product - very happy!

A pleasure to use this company! Everyone helpful & polite. They came & installed paper blinds when I moved in until mine arrived, which was a godsend. Now had my shutter blinds installed & I am thrilled with them, they complete my cottage & were worth every penny!
