Shuttercraft - Henley Opiniones

No doubt they provide excellent service and quality. We have approached and placed an order with them about an year back. Giles was their representative who was in touch with us from the start to end and he has been excellent and provided all the necessary info and made sure it was all smooth. Happy with their service and definitely recommend them

Giles provided excellent service end-to-end. Great advice/help making the right shutter choice for the look, utility and style we wanted to acheive; profesionally fitted; very efficient/tidy install and always arrived exactly as arranged. Highly recommend. We had quotes from all the main suppliers. Going with Shuttercraft was certainly the right choice and, per their many reviews, my experience adds another 5 Star review as we are delighted with the service and outcome.

Giles arrived on time and was very efficient in taking measurements of my windows for some plantation blinds. He provided samples of various blinds and colours which helped enormously in making the right selection for my house. Temporary blinds were installed for the manufacturing period and when the blinds arrived they were installed cleanly and professionally and all packaging removed from my property. I thoroughly recommend Giles and Shuttercraft Henley.

Giles did a brilliant Job. My shutters look fab ! He is very professional, quick and efficient and very neat and tidy. I would definitely highly recommend. Thank you !

Excellent service from initial visit to understand what I wanted, to email updates through the process, to delivery and installation. I shopped around to find a shutter company which I was comfortable with but Shuttercraft was exceptional.

Our new shutters are amazing - such high quality, look lovely and we've already noticed how much warmer our rooms feel with them! Giles has been fantastic throughout the process. Our initial enquiry was responded to very quickly and he fitted our shutters beautifully. Thanks, Giles! - Hannah and Daryl

Done a great job of our shutters. It was a tricky job as the house is very old and wonky, but Giles managed to make them fit really well and they are a joy to look at and use. Highly recommend them

Excellent !!
We asked Shuttercraft for a quotation, and the following day (Saturday) Giles arrived with samples, he then took all the measurements. Within hours we had our quotation.
We were kept up to date regarding delivery time, which was kept to very well.
Today the shutters were fitted today and we are extremely pleased.
First Class.

From start to finish, a very professional approach. Always punctual, polite and, when quoting, careful to explain the options. The shutters came on schedule and we're really pleased with them. We're happy to recommend Giles and team without reservation.
