Shuttercraft - Nottingham Opiniones

The service was excellent from start to finish so thankyou to robin for giving us your very good advice and Scott you did a fantastic job in fitting them!
My daughter will be in touch for her shutters has mine look beautiful ❤️

The whole process was great. We’ve been meaning to get some shutters for ages and it was really straightforward, from the initial contact to the actual fitting.

The installation was quick and easy and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The shutters are excellent and the staff who installed were super professional. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The fitter was punctual and left the room clean. I’d decorated to remove my old curtain rail and left out my paint to touch up the inevitable scuffs- there were none! I love the shutters in my bay window. Thoroughly recommend shuttercraft

Excellent customer service from initial consultation and measuring to the installation of shutters throughout the house. Good quality product. Brilliant installation team who left the rooms as tidy as they found them.
Kept up to date with status of the order throughout.
A very good company to deal with.

Robin (initial visit) and Mark (installer) have done a brilliant job on our shutters and made everything seamless! Thank you both very much, I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Arrived on time, the screens were as advertised, quality excellent ;and the fitting team very professional and left the rooms clean and tided

Seamless from start to finish the sales lady no hard pressure selling the product and guarantee sold it for us. Told 10 weeks lead and to the date we had the gift from an extremely helpful and efficient guy called mark.

We got a few suppliers in looking for a combination of shutters and blinds for a 4 bed detached hpuse. Shutter Craft came in with a very good price and Nadine was really helpful. After 11 weeks we had them fitted last week and we are really pleased. The fitting was quick and clean and the shutters look fantastic. We are really pleased with Shuttercraft and have already reccomended them to somebody else to use them.

Brilliant product and beautifully fitted. Really please from start to finish, from initial consultation and advice to the fitting and final result. These are the best shutters we have had and we have tried other suppliers, but Shuttercraft are brilliant. Couldn't be happier and already got them booked to come and take measurements for more windows.

Right from the initial visit to the fitting of the shutters, the people concerned were very professional. The quotation was sent promptly and I had no hesitation in placing the order because the quality of choice of shutters offered was clearly exceptional and met all my criteria for a first class product. Delivery of the shutters was earlier than expected, the fitting was exemplary and the shutters finally in place exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Shuttercraft and their product at all.

Very professional from start to finish

This company came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. Super pleased with our shutters, and the professional service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish, thrilled with shutters.

Excellant product and service. Fitter very courteous and respectful. Left no mess, tidied up once shutter fitted. Company kept me up to date with delivery, once shutter ready. They look amazing in the window and don't block out the light. Love them.

Great service. Quick response with a quote and product is at great quality. It really makes my room much better. The delivery time is a bit long for it's not local made but it worth waiting.

Quick repose to asking for a quote and easy ordering and fitting. Products look great quality and really make the room look brighter.

Lynn Dilks home visit was excellent in explaining and helping us choose our shutters. From ordering to delivery came in time given. Scott our fitter was on time, friendly, polite, and clean in his work, even to taking he's shoes off while in the house. We love them& everyone who's seen they do. Would 100% recommend

Excellent professional job. The shutters look great and were fitted professionally. From the start of the process with Shuttercraft there has been regular communication, and they have done exactly what was asked of them - a quality service.

Well a fussy mare I definitely am but I literally cannot find anything to complain from the minute Charlie stepped through my front door (I did of course open it first) where he gave me honest and simple information. Then came a very fair quote, honest information regarding delivery timings and I was kept up to date. They arrived today and were fitted by a very courteous Mark who was very respectful of our home, tidy and efficient. End result two bedrooms with beautifully fitted shutters. I am very tight when scoring things out of 10 but I am also fair so my overall score is 9.999999/10. If you knew me you would know I hardly ever (if ever) give a score like this. Thank Charlie, Will and Mark from one very happy customer. Clare Robinson
