Shuttercraft - St Albans Opiniones

Gene was standout from start to finish and something you rarely find these days. Not only was he considerably cheaper than all other quotes, he was exceptionally personable, no sales push and extremely efficient and accurate with lead times, delivery and fitting. Finished product looks amazing. Highly recommend Gene and his company!

Absolutely first class experience.
Fantastically easy to use from quotation to installation.
Brilliant product, extreme professionalism and user friendly
Very highly recommended.

Was recommended shuttercraft by my sister, and I wasn't disappointed. The whole experience from getting my windows measured to choosing what i wanted was stress free due to Gene being an excellent ambassador for the company. After getting my shutters fitted which didn't take to long im really pleased with how they look and can't recommended them enough.

From the initial survey, through to completion of the fitting, Shuttercraft were professional & efficient, & moreover a great value for money supplier. Giving advice on the materials & possible configurations of the shutters, the representative was accurate, helpful & knowledgeable in respect to what would suit our window, & the timing of delivery/fitting.
On the day of installation, the fitter arrived on time, was courteous, clean, tidy & efficient; ensuring that we were totally satisfied with the product & the service.
We would totally recommend Shuttercraft-St Albans to fit anyone's shutters & will not hesitate to use them again.

Very professional service both for the measurement, options consultation, and the fitting. Delivery from the factory took quite a long time, but a fitting date was given very quickly after the shutters reached the UK.

Both Sean and Anton were very professional. Easy to talk to and communicated well around appointments and when they could come over. Would definitely use Shuttercraft again.

Great experience from beginning to end. Sales process was unfussy and not pushy. Although there was a Xmas break they delivered almost to the day on 12 weeks as promised.

Fitting was done with precision and care and everyone who has been to the house has loved what they have seen - thanks great job and would recommend if asked.

From design to fitting we were kept fully informed. Sean explained all the options available to us, and the benefits of each design, and Anton, the fitter was excellent. We are very pleased with our shutters and will be using Shuttercraft again.

Very happy with my new shutters, they look amazing.
Sean and Anton were great Very professional and very helpful.
Some delays in getting to me on installation day, but overall would highly recommend Shuttercraft.

From measurements to installation all went very smoothly, good product and excellent service we love our shutters, thanks.

Our previous property in the Midlands was fully fitted with shutters by Shuttercraft. Having downsized and moved to Harpenden I had no hesitation in contacting Shuttercraft St. Albans. Sean set up an appointment the following day and fully discussed options and product samples. The quality is now even better, the fact that the shutters themselves are now able to open by a half or whole window individually is a great plus. I did explore other quotes but Shuttercraft again were best. I was happy to place an order (which arrived well in advance of the quoted delivery date) and Anton worked his socks off in cheerfully fitting the shutters.
Wonderful product, wonderful service….Contact Shuttercraft.

Seans product knowledge and advice and was fantastic. He knows the products inside out and we were able to make an educated selection for our apartment and skylights. Fast forward 5 weeks and Anton arrives on time, fully equipped and a superb craftsman (and as a sidenote, a thoroughly decent guy with great taste in music). Faultless from start to finish, thanks chaps.

Excellent service, explained everything offered lots of options. All the extras like a middle bar and hidden rails but still the best price. Fitting service was excellent too. Will use again for sure for other windows. I’ve had so many compliments on them.

From start to finish we had first class service from Shuttercraft. Our shutters are really top quality and they look amazing they have transformed our rooms. Sean and Anton are really professional and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. In fact we have just placed another order for 3 more windows

First class service and installation. Everything went to plan and are extremely pleased with our new shutters.
Many thanks to Sean and Anton for an exceptional service.
Would highly recommend Shuttercraft St. Albans to anyone wanting shutters installed into their home.

Sean was very knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice at the initial visit. He was also really helpful with any questions we had before we finalised the order. And Anton was really meticulous and did a super installation. We are more than happy with the final product and it’s made our rooms (1 bay and 2 bedroom windows) feel lighter and more spacious. Overall a very pleasant experience throughout the process; we would highly recommend Shuttercraft to anyone considering shutters.

Fantastic service, delivered on time. Sean and Gene made the process very easy. Very happy with the end product. Thank you

Good quality and timely work.
Shutters arrived at the suppliers around the time expected, and the fitter arrived when he said he would.
