We have just had our third set of shutters fitted. We have been very pleased with the service and aftercare with all of them and would highly recommend Shuttercraft Bristol

The actual shutters are good quality. The man who fitted them was brilliant. It's the person who measured the windows in the first place was the problem. Out of three windows and a French door. One window and door fitted as they should. One shutter frame was 15mm to short and had to remade. The other window the actual opening was not the same height on both sides. If this had been highlighted at the time of measuring we may not have had the shutters fitted to that window. We now have to live with a strip of white upvc across the top.

Great service from the Swindon Shuttercraft team, from the initial survey visit to the installation, there was good communication throughout. The quality of product and installation is excellent, we’ve used them in a couple of houses and are never disappointed with results.

From Quote to installation, everything was professional. I am so pleased with our shutters it makes the room feel larger. They have been in for over a month now, but every time a walk into the room they make me smile as they look so good.

They delivered what they promised. The only thing is the blinds are made in China so you have to wait the time frame they tell you which is quite a wait.

This is the second time we have had shutters from Shuttercraft fitted. We have Victorian home built by somebody who didn't appear to have a set square. But each time Shuttercraft have fitted their product as if our house was perfectly angled. Oh, and the shutters are really good as well!

The shutters took a long time to arrive from order (approx 3 months) but were fitted cleanly and efficiently. However, the shutters had integral blackout blinds included but leaked too much light, which it transpired were due to the middle section being manufactured (in China) out of alignment. On reporting this issue to Shuttercraft, they accepted the issue and had the offending sections replaced (which took another 3 months), whilst also adding further attachments to make the blackout effect much better. The final result looks great and the fitter was quick and efficient on both occasions - just the original manufacture and the amount of time it took to get to the final outcome was the downside..!
