Good shutters and excellent experience
Nigel came and surveyed my bay window. He was great at taking me through all of the options and helping me understand the different benefits of each material as well as the price. The shutters arrived on time and our fitter was brilliant. He was very polite, did a great job and tidied up after himself. If I need any more shutters I will definitely get them from Shuttercraft.

One word can sum up the experience of Shuttercraft - EXCEPTIONAL! From the onset there has been no pressure from Nigel, the Winchester manager, who came to do the survey in May 2023. No ‘sales patter’ but genuine facts and figures, with the delivery and fitting all done within the the stated lead time. Fitting was done expertly, with the fitter being personable and extremely pleasant. Again, the service provided was exceptional. He left my home spotless and removed all debris and / or mess. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending ‘Shuttercraft’. A huge thank you to Nigel and the whole team!

No pressure to buy from Nigel
No pressure to buy from Nigel the Winchester manager, who came to do the survey in August 2022. Fitting was done within the stated time and supervised by Nigel himself. The fitter took great care to get each one of the four perfectly made shutters on my South facing windows, just right. He left my home spotless and removed all debris. Since installation all my neighbours have commented on how good my new shutters look. This winter I find that the extra insulation is significant and find that at night, the shutters reflect light, making the room brighter. I look forward confidently to a cooler Summer knowing how well the shutters perform. Would I recommend ‘Shuttercraft’? You bet!

Had shutters supplied which took a lot…
Had shutters supplied which took a lot longer to arrive than estimated but very pleased with the finished product, then ordered blinds which were not the correct size this was remedied but the first ones had matching handles looked great and easy to use the replacement ones have clear much larger handles which not only look unattractive but are useless as the size of them just folds flat against blind and we have to bypass them to pull blinds up or down rendering them obsolete

We love them!
We have just had our fourth delivery of shutters from Shuttercraft. The quality of workmanship in the shutters is excellent as is the fitting of them. We really love them for what they do in our home - and they are good-looking into the bargain!

Fantastic service as in our previous house.
Shutters are beautiful. Professionally installed with the entire house completed in one day. Courteous and tidy installers. Very competitively priced with superior quality. I can recognise Shuttercraft shutters from outside of a home as well as inside and the look from outside is also superior to competitors. I will continue to recommend Shuttercraft. Thank you!
