Ordered a t-shirt back in June. It’s been over 2 months. Never got my package. No one answers their email. Can’t get a hold of no one. They have money! I want a refund but can’t get ahold of anyone! Horrible! Just horrible!

Why do they not respond to emails?
Do they know that their clothes are extremely expensive & extremely rubbish? Are they too embarrassed to admit to the low quality clothing?
I'm surprised that KSI put his name to this not only dreadful clothing but also the non-existent customer service!! Stupid man!

Genuinely never ever had any clothes of better quality and better shelf life. Still have clothes from 2014-2016 and recently too and they are all AMAZING quality like i cannot stress it enough. I would also recommend to size down like at least a couple sizes they are very oversized (unless you like it that way). I usually go for a L or M in other brands. But I fit into S and XS from sidemen clothing.

I’ve ordered from them a lot, I’m from the US, so I’m glad I’m able to get merch from them, I always purchase items when their on sale for a really huge discount, rather than the original price. When delivered, the quality of the hoodies are really good and feel premium. Only down side is that some certain products are only available in the UK and only a limited amount of stuff is available in the US. Other than that amazing.

loved sidemen clothing since they went online and now they have already have 2 to 3 physical shop in london and i visit there twice a month atleast their clothing line ups are good and the quality too recently bought thier new sdmn fc match kit and retro jersey the design is slick and very comfortable although buying it online could be a little pricey since shipping and all but overall loved their clothing brand they always put up sale discount so as a die hard fan i m very satisfied with it sometimes it can be pricey beyond what you expect but i'd say its worth it though i might go broke so it would be perfect if they reduced their prices a little bit and bring it to an affordable range for others

Update: After many emails I submitted a form on their website on the 24th April. I had a response the same day apologising and they have since gone above and beyond to rectify the situation and my son now has his shirt so I'm upgrading my review score accordingly.

Bought an item for my son and paid for the Evri next working day priority shipping option on 05/04/2026.
Then on 07/04/2026 I received a dispatch email with a tracking number, not for Evri but for Royal Mail Tracked 48! Since then I've been intermittently checking the tracking and as of today (13/04/2026) Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item from this seller. So 8 days later and I still have no idea when or if I will receive this order.

We have purchase a shirt and a couple of other items for next day delivery but not further communication, we have emailed and tried to chase them and no response at all. It’s now been 2 weeks and nothing. Very poor service.

Placed 2 orders took ages to come, but wasn't in a rush as my son really wanted it all. However I had to wait for the drop of football top, so I did However it dropped on 5th I ordered and payed for the evri priority next day delivery. Well its now 8th and no update not even been shipped let alone delivered next day. They don't respond to emails. Nothing and it was needed on the 9th as a present. Will be cancelling and wont order again as spend over 400 in last month, to not have it arrive when it should. Terrible customer service too.

Ordered the new Pink camo fleece on pre-order and Black fleece hoodie, said they’d both be dispatched when the pink fleece releases and to my surprised they were delivered a couple days later. Never bought from them before despite watching them for years, but the items I received were above my expectations, great fit cosy and quality was top notch, will definitely be grabbing a few more pieces

Delivery driver has apparently tried del, I had a DHL time of 08.45 and 10.45 . No attempted delivery has taken place, I have stopped in all morning awaiting this delivery, the driver should ring the bell, it is not the first time I've had trouble with DHL

Needed to remove some items from an order. Sidemen Support member "Fred" helped me to deal with this issue in no time. Always wonderful buying from the sidemen shop. High quality clothes at good prices. My sister said the T-Shirts feel higher quality than her Balmain top she brought for like 10x the price. Love the sidemen and staff have been wonderful with all my requests

Ordered a Hoodie just to find out it's the wrong size despite it actually being the right size, they have no consistency when it comes to their sizes, I attempted to return it only to find out they won't refund back to original payment method, only site credit, when I emailed them it took a few dayss for them to respond and I was told they'd be willing to refund to payment method but they won't refund delivery or pay for the return delivery

Me and my boyfriend love Sidemen so much. Bought him 2 tshirts for christmas and they are really good quality and got a good deal with the blackfriday sale. I am so jealous and will be stealing them! The delivery was very quick and i am so pleased with my order! Thank you!

Grandsons live in Canada and absolutely love this clothing company. Quality is fantastic as good as new even when they have grown out of the clothes. Customer service is excellent speedy response to enquiries.

i ordered a fleece in the wrong colour and decided to return the item. royal mail had a problem with their delivery of the parcel back to sdmn and therefore by the time the had received the fleece back and returned my store credit the item i wanted was out of stock. i emailed asking if i could just get a refund instead and i was replied to within minutes saying they would be able to get one sent out same day for me free of shipping charge for the inconvenience of the wait. arrive shortly after and jack from support team kept me updated the whole way with very fast and helpful responses. would definitely reccomend

60 aud for an average quality T-shirt is crazy. Does not matter who sells, it’s not worth that much. Explains why there are a lot of knock off products.

im so happy with it! i live in belgium so i thought it would take 2 weeks or something but it got here in 3 days so the shipping is very good! its just the size that is to big i got the smallest size a xxs but its like a M or even a xl! but idc im happy with it.

Bad quality hoodie for the price. Aglets and elastic doesn't actually tighten the hood at all, white has already become off white after a couple of wears and only one wash. You're paying just for the group name, I'd definitely say buy elsewhere.
