Been trying to to ask for shipping order since 2022: no comply. Asked to cancel the order: no comply. Is this website even operating??? If so, either the customer service is non-existent or the owner is scamming the customer's money. Is there anyway we can file any complaints to shut down this business???

Avoid at all costs. He will just string you along saying there are delays when other sites have the items in stock. He'll then provide tracking info that never moves and then say the item has been lost but you'll never see your money. Surprised he's still trading.

I ordered a 350 dollar order and got nothing after 18 months.

SCAM! Ordered but never ship the item. Emailed and they respond only the first time that it will be delay but never heard back on updates.

In January 2024, I paid this guy $330 for a pre-ordered that was supposed to ship in August of 2024. It never did. All email inquiries have been ignored and it the year is almost over. This man is a thief and I am currently investigating to find out his identity so I can confront him in Japan and I will be setting up a website to expose him that will out rank his site on Google.

Well there's a great selection of rare Gunpla kits, and they're all fairly low priced, and even come with generous payment options! What more could you want? The only catch is, you never get your kit.

Ordered a kit over a year ago, and it said it was due to be shipped either in February or March of this year. Well, it's now nearing the end of November, and the guy completely ignores all attempts at communication.

If you're still paying off what you've ordered, or you're wanting to place an order, he'll be there in a jiffy, but once he has your money he'll completely ignore you. No excuses, no accommodations, no apologies, all you'll get is silence.

When I was adding items. He responded to my email within a day.
However, after the release date. He did not ship anything and did not respond to any email. And he delete my message asking for status on his Facebook page within an hour.

I placed my order more than 1 year ago,

My experience with Side Seven from order 14074 in February 2023:

-Original ship date on items advertised as February/March and March/April
-Waited until November 2023 to reach out for status update
-4 messages sent via email - no response until December 31, 2023 when a PayPal fraud claim was threatened
-Response from Gus: "I apologize for the delay on these, I will try to have them shipped before the end of January. If I don’t manage it then I’ll send you a refund."
-Reached out in February 2024 for another status update
-2 messages sent via email - no response until February 5, 2024 when a PayPal fraud claim was threatened (again)
-Response from Gus: "Sorry for the wait. They’re packaged. I have a large shipment going out early next week. Your order will be included.'
-Reached out February 27, 2024 for another status update/tracking information
-9 more messages sent via email between February and May 2024 with no reply
-Posted current situation to Side Seven Exports Facebook page on May 13, 2024; immediately blocked and emailed by Gus
-Response from Gus: "Hello. I apologize for the delay. I can’t give an exact date, but you will receive this order, same as your previous orders. I always fulfill my end. I’ll try to have them out in June"
-Called Gus out on lying about shipping the goods in February
-Response from Gus: "No need to show hostility towards. I’ve proven myself to a reliable seller more than enough times. I apologize for the delays, but I’ve had a lot to deal with these last few months. Kindly remain patient. I will deliver this order, same as your previous orders."

Posting this now to Instagram and as many other places as I can to get the word out. Side Seven Exports was always slow, but now Gus is just straight-up stealing money.

I placed a few orders last year. The ship dates passed by months ago. Communication is pointless, as I tried to cancel an order before, & I had to go through PayPal to get any response.
I have placed a few orders before, but it never took this long.
I know he's a one-man operation, but the situation has not improved. Never again.

Ordered a model kit in August 23, requested updates, received no response, requested refund, received no response. Waste of time and money. Scam!

Took a long minute, but everything finally arrived in good shape. Just wish it had been faster. Will buy again if they have any other rare finds.

Non existent communication on an order that was about 6 months overdue. Asked for a refund and no response. Wasn't until I sent a followup email with "Chargeback" on the subject line that the irresponsible scammer immediately refunded my order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

They give shipping dates only to exceed them, give no response to inquiries regarding outstanding orders and spend all their time marketing for new orders when they cant even process their current orders.

They're slow to ship and slow to respond to DMs. That said, my models did recently arrive well packaged. Pros and cons.

Bought two items from the store and have waited OVER A YEAR after the supposed ship date, this store has ZERO costumer service DO NOT BUY FROM IT.

I ordered a model kit in April 2023, with the shipping date in the invoice being stated as "August & September". Both those months went by without me receiving any information on my order, let alone the product itself. Until today, I haven't received the product, or my money back.
The seller also didn't react to any of my messages regarding this issue and Paypal sadly couldn't help since the 180 day period since the transaction had passed.

Quick research on the internet showed that the unreliability and non-existent customer service do seem to be common occurrences with this company; even worse, there are multiple testimonies of customers apparently having been doxxed by the seller: When some customers received the wrong product, the seller gave those customers the private data of the actual recipient of said product, violating basically any data protection law that may apply, to then demand that they send it to the correct customer; withholding their actual order until they did so.

It' therefore in my opinion advisable to not engage in business with this seller.

After several emails to the customer service email about my MG Neon Blue Barbatos that was supposed to ship in September/October 2022 I messaged the Facebook page several time in March being told that my order would ship in April and still nothing. My subsequent messages have just been ignored. The business owner is clearly in over their head trying to make this work as a one man operation. Avoid ordering from at all costs!

Poor customer service. I have placed an pre-order of scaled model kits (gunpla) in summer 2022, expecting the shipment date was Jan-Feb in 2023. Yet it's Jul 2023 now and no items have been received. I have emailed the customer service email but as expected, there are no responses.

(I have heard from others that it may take awhile before one actually receives the item but more than 5 months after the release date is unacceptable.)
