Sidio’s customer service is awful. Placed an initial order with them which went well. Second order they sent me a crate covered in an adhesive. The entire bottom of the crate was sticking to everything. When I contacted support about it they ultimately replied this is something I should have expected and they wouldn’t be accepting a return or send me a replacement.

They make a decent product but their customer service is bad enough I’d recommend avoiding and finding an alternative. For the price, you’d expect they at least make sure you’re getting something usable.

I've bought Sidio crates twice, the first time they arrived on time and did their job so I decided to place a second, larger order. Unfortunately since my first order they changed shippers to OnTrac which never delivered my order (or delivered it to the wrong location, no way to know). I contacted Sidio for assistance and the experience with their support team was AWFUL - firstly it took them over a week to respond with more information (at multiple points taking days to "contact their shipper") then after over a month of going back and forth with no resolution stopped responding. I ultimately had to submit a dispute with Chase to get the $300 order taken off my credit card statement since Sidio wouldn't offer a replacement or refund for the products I never received.

This is a premium priced product, I honestly like the product but if I'm going to pay a premium I also expect good service. U-Line's straight wall crates are ultimately a similar product with better service, better logistics, and at a lower cost.

I received an incomplete order after three weeks of transit time.
Beyond that many of the pieces manufactured for these crates do not fit.
I have sent two emails to customer service with no response.
