High return shipping costs

I originally ordered the Comfort+ as I thought it most suitable for my hybrid bike. It turned out to be very uncomfortable for my needs. Sierna were very quick to respond to all correspondence I had with them. They offered to replace the saddle with the Sport+ for £10. They stated they would instead give a full refund if I returned the Comfort+. The company is based in USA (which is not made clear on the website) and the shipping costs would have been ~£20 from UK. I accepted the replacement offer. The Sport+ is reasonably comfortable and it does have a non-slip surface which makes the riding position easy to maintain. However, the bracket rails are not great and slightly corroded. I'm not sure how long it will last

This company is not one I will ever…

This company is not one I will ever deal with again. The saddle is soft but the rails and support frame are poor quality. I have been trying to get a refund but without success in fact they tried to sell me an alternative saddle at a discounted rate of £10. That would mean I would have two saddles for £48 neither would would be any good for me as they are soft and squishy and don’t provide adequate support.

Saddle was delivered quickly which was excellent. I had a quick question when my saddle arrived and the reponse was fantastic - very quick and helpful information sorted out my query.

No delivery, and no refund.

Do not deal with this company if you are in Australia.
They use shipping agent that fails to deliver to Australian Post Office addresses and then will not issue a refund for non-delivery.
I have lodged a formal complaint with WA Consumer Protection

GREAT SADDLE, EXCELLENT QUALITY & GOOD PRICE

This is a great saddle. Went for the sport one, fitting it to my mountain bike for a challenge to ride at least 10 miles a day throughout July. So I needed something comfortable, and it really is!!
It's easy to fit, although I did have a query about the sestpost bracket that came with the saddle. However that was promptly clarified by the very helpful Camiile from the customer support team.
I cannot fault the saddle - genuinely great quality, good price & VERY comfortable coupled with excellent customer service. Thank you!!

The best seat available

I purchased a new road bike and the standard seat wasn't comfortable so I researched the best options after measuring my sit bones. I then purchased an Ergon gel seat and a specialized seat and both were very uncomfortable after an hour in the saddle. Then I came across Sierna by chance and was sceptical however with a money back guarantee I purchased the sport version. This weekend I rode 227 miles in a charity bike ride and the Sierna seat is the best seat I ever purchased.
