Great online experience
I ordered a bunch of brushes at half price as well as the Soft Focus setting powder in Buttermilk, during Black Friday sales, and got brush cleaning glove and eyeshadow palette for free. Received a beautiful package, and it only took 10 days to get to my place in Sydney, with free international UPS shipping if you spend over 100US. Such great brushes, the ones I've tried so far. Would highly recommend them.
No replies to emails and expired products

Till today no reply.
I emailed to Natalie who used to reply me in 2021 on 20 June and again on 28 June and even copied their founders but also no reply.
Their ratings show 5-star as the highest.
And yet they don’t seem bothered to improve!!
I don't understand why they don't reply to emails. Last week, I sent 4 emails on my reward points as I don't see it online and yet till today nobody is replying.
Also, I recently made a purchase on a few of their eyeshadow sets with brushes on sale and to my surprise. almost all of the eyeshadow sets have expired. They even gave lipsticks free for a certain purchase and those too were expired. They offered a partial refund but in the first place, no merchant should be selling or offering products that are expired. That is just not right!!
Appalling, disgraceful service.
Item missing from order, had reply from my initial email asking for picture of package and label, which I sent. I have since sent numerous emails asking what is happening, where is my item, which have been completely ignored. I really wish I’d read these reviews before I was ‘influenced!’ Resulting in me placing an order. Would advise to avoid Company as they don’t send what you order followed by disgraceful Customer Service!
Don't be fooled by influencers
I ordered their skin tint and it is pretty yellow on my skin and I would have to pay to deliver the wrong color back to them for them to send me the right color so that means I have to pay for delivery three times it doesn't make any sense paid for delivery to get to me would have to pay for delivery to send the wrong color back and then I'd have to pay for delivery to receive the right color if you ask me terrible business practice and I feel that influencers lie about how the results are because the skin tint is horrible not just the color but it's soaks into my fine lines and pores

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with Sigma Beauty's customer service to warn consumers around the world about the abysmal treatment I received. As someone who values quality products and exceptional customer service, my encounter with Sigma Beauty has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.
From the very beginning, my interaction with Sigma Beauty was marred by issues. I encountered significant difficulties trying to sign in with my email, receiving an error message claiming my email did not exist in their system. This initial setback should have been an indication of the lack of attention to detail and proper customer care that I was about to experience.
After a lengthy wait, my package finally arrived, but to my dismay, it was missing two out of the seven items I had ordered. Hoping for a quick resolution, I contacted their customer service via email, only to be met with condescension and disbelief. The audacity of their response claiming that their shipping department had thoroughly checked and scanned each item before shipping out, as if I were dishonestly claiming missing items, was both infuriating and insulting.
Although they promised a full refund for the missing items, it does little to alleviate the immense inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by this experience. Adding insult to injury, I discovered that I was charged an exorbitant $6.27 USD for a travel cup, but their refund amounted to a mere $3.75 USD. This blatant discrepancy highlights their lack of transparency and disregard for fair pricing practices.
It is clear that Sigma Beauty fails to appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction and respect. Their customer service department's dismissive attitude, inadequate resolutions, and unprofessional conduct have left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I urge consumers worldwide to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Sigma Beauty.
I, for one, have vowed never to make another purchase from Sigma Beauty and will make it a point to share my dreadful experience with friends, family, and anyone willing to listen. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to potential customers, preventing them from enduring the same frustration and disappointment I experienced.
In conclusion, Sigma Beauty's customer service is nothing short of a nightmare. With their lack of appreciation for customers and their unwillingness to address concerns in a satisfactory manner, it is clear that their reputation as a reliable brand is in jeopardy. I used to be a fan of their brushes but I will never order from them again!! My order was marked delivered and signed for by FedEx but I was home at time if alleged delivery and I never received it!! It said signed for so that’s impossible. FedEx tracking said it was” Delivered to address other than recipient”!! I asked them to lodge a claim with FedEx because only the seller can, I lodged a missing package report. They didn’t do it so I raised a PayPal dispute. They told me to escalate it to a claim. Probably knowing from past experience they’d win because it wouldn’t be investigated properly - since the tracking says delivered. I lost the dispute and $107.

Long wait for your order
I placed two orders on separate dates and it took two weeks and a few days to get those orders. When I checked the status it kept saying processing. I sent an email but no respond. I finally found the number for customer service. This extensive delay is not stated on the website. I believe it states 5-7 business days. If you need to purchase from Sigma Beauty for someone's birthday, you better order at least three weeks' in advance. Maybe Sigma Beauty should hire more staff since they should be able to do so since their products are not cheap. I cannot complain about their brushes though. Just their customer service.

Update: upon reading their response, SHIPPING an order in 10 business days is absurd! RECEIVING an order in 10 business days is bad enough! In addition, this extensive delay is not stated on the website. It clearly states 5-7 business days (also a dreadful wait time). Next time, I will have to check out Amazon!

My experience is 5 star, I read reviews about their delivery and it was all bad and negative . I ordered few items and I got delivery in 5-6 days( non- trackable) which is pretty fast from America -to Australia. This is fantastic customer service . I just want to say that please DO NOT always rely on bad reviews. Some people can have bad experience but it's not for all. They even replied pretty fast to my email. Thank you Sigma and keep up the great service.

Outrageous Fees Poor Service
The delivery has been delayed multiple times and the customs fees were outrageous. I still have not received my package. The only saving grace is how deeply discounted the brushes were. If I had paid full price I would be absolutely livid. The product is fantastic but if you are in Canada purchase the brushes from the Bay and not the Sigma website.
Insane international shipping
Upon purchase you have a choice of 2 shipping companies. One FedEx and a different one. I specifically chose the other as FedEx are crazy expensive.
Unfortunately, it still came through FedEx and the delivery person charged us 70 USD extra!! More than 50% the total cost.
Sigma's response was that we could have said no and returned it for a refund but that was never mentioned anywhere, why would we know that.
Why don't you offer a more cost oriented option for international shipping? This is 2022 there are many options.
Don't hide behind your small print. It's a terrible experience and feels like I've been robbed.
spam emails never end
EDIT: the response is lying. I emailed as directed so that they would TAKE ME OFF THEIR EMAIL LIST and they have since sent me multiple emails daily. They do not comply with email laws requiring unsubscribe options. fine products; worst email spam I've ever encountered. the unsubscribe link leads to a page that is permanently broken. I bought a few products from them and receive upwards of 5 emails daily. they use a lot of tactics to evade email filters. You can't purchase online without providing your email address obviously. my advice is to either buy secondary market on ebay, to use a throwaway or disguised email address, or to set your email filters to send anything "From: "sigma"" directly to spam. They are even worse than condenast, which is also relentless and doesn't comply with unsubscribe laws. I've reported them to the FCC and I encourage you to do the same. No eyeliner or whatever is worth the inbox attacks. SIGMA I DO NOT WANT YOUR COUPONS. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN UNTIL YOU STOP SPAMMING MY EMAIL BOX PERMANENTLY. YOU HAVE ABUSED THE PRIVILEGE OF ACCESS TO MY EMAIL. YOU ARE A BAD, BAD COMPANY.

Worse than covid in my opinion
What a horrible experience
First of all company doesn’t take any responsibility unlike everlane and other American brands who actually care about customers and refund the full amount paid in Aud and doesn’t push it to Australian banks
To take the hit for exchange rates decreasing when considering refunds.
Then they continue to blast you with heaps of Intrusive spam emails full of 10% discount codes and every time you click unsubscribe the page won’t load.
Basically they will keep harassing you for months and months and flood your inbox

Read some awful reviews about their shipping from many websites. From here, Reddit, other review websites etc. Saw some posters have waited up to 3+ months. I wasn't really in a rush so didn't expect much in terms of shipping speed. Thought I could wait until end of March. Imagine my surprise and delight to see it arrived today! A great experience so far. So happy with my purchases

the worst service ever. My order came after two months. They told me it takes only 3 to 10 business days. even worse, they sent me wrong products. I ordered a lip stick but they sent me a different colour from what I ordered. The worst service ever. I will never buy any product from sigma beauty.

Great products, shipping process could be improved
First ever order with Sigma, I ordered the palette vault (4x eyeshadow palettes) which wasnt available at the UK stockists at a really good price over black friday and selected untracked shipping. After reading these reviews I was worried my order wouldnt show up, and it did take a while (to be fair it was over the xmas and NY period) but my order arrived in excellent condition and no extra customs charges were applied (I'm in the UK). The products themselves are stunning, my only constructive criticism would be that I can't understand why such a large successful brand are even still offering untracked shipping in 2021 (and more to the point charging so much for tracked shipping) when other much more affordable stateside companies (like Colourpop) give you tracked shipping as a given? I feel like tracked shipping for all orders would eliminate a lot of customer complaints? Anyway, really happy I grabbed the palette vault but will look to order Sigma products from a UK retailer that stocks them in future to avoid wait times/worry it wont arrive.
Fake free delivery!!!
I bought a brush set from sigma beauty and it was free shipping offer to the U.K. on my purchase .My order delivered by FedEx but soon after they I have been charged £22.25 by FedEx for something called tax and duty for international shipping!! I bought many products from the U.S but that’s the first time I have to pay taxes for my delivery. I believe if Sigma beauty offers free shipping, they have to pay for everything and if not, they have to let the costumer know that there will be a hidden charge waiting for you after shopping from out side the U.S. I am very disappointed with there service and never want to buy anything else from them.
