Great service, really helpful team who know their stuff

I asked to be informed when my item was back in stock. Sigma did this and despatched the item the same day. My one slight issue is with Royal Mail who threw the parcel over a gate without telling me.

The staff here are brilliant, so helpful, and really kind. Great shop to look around too, and designated parking right outside.

Great product and knowledgeable sales team at the Oakham store

I visited Sigma looking for a new pair of cycling shoes because I was experiencing pain while riding. Rather than simply selling me an expensive pair of shoes, the team advised that a bike fit would be the best first step. They explained that the shoes might not be the root cause of the problem, and that spending a lot of money on footwear without first addressing my bike setup could leave me with a product that might not solve the issue and couldn't be returned once used.

To be honest, I was initially sceptical and thought, "Here we go, they're going to fleece me." But the more I thought about it, the more it made sense.

A week later, I booked a bike fit with Andrew. He was a genuinely down-to-earth guy who clearly knows his trade. I immediately felt at ease, and I'm sure anyone else would too.

We spent around three hours working through the fit. Andrew adjusted my saddle position to eliminate pressure points and distribute my weight more evenly, along with making several other adjustments. He also carried out a shoe fit assessment as part of the process.

My goal was simple: to ride comfortably and without pain. I've now been out on several rides since the fitting. While my speed hasn't changed, I now have zero leg pain, zero back pain, and no more pins and needles in my hands.

The whole experience was worth every penny. I certainly didn't get fleeced. Instead, I received a professional, friendly, and honest service that genuinely solved my problems.

If you're suffering from discomfort while riding, then, as Nike says, "Just Do It." Book a bike fit with Sigma. At £250, it's one of the best investments I've made for a pain-free ride

Went to Sigma as it was my nearest proper bike shop, I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the initial consolation with Will to determine what sort of bike and size I needed to explaining the models to eventually picking the bike up it went smoothly. Will definitely use Sigma for any bikes and accessories in the future

Fantastic experience buying my Domane SL 7 with Sigma Sports! From the initial consultation, through to collection, Kane, the store supervisor was really helpful and took his time to help and explain things so i got the right setup for my needs. Great service. Good choice of premium apperel that I was looking for. Initial interest ion with in store staff (Oakham) and online chat gave me good guidance on garment sizing. Item I ordered was out of stock, but was notified within a couple of days it was back in stock - delivered promptly once order confirmation was processed. Very pleased with Sigma’s service.
