I rented a short term property from SCG and in the first platform conversation i knew that this company is going to help ruin the industry. ZERO customer satisfaction and they don't care

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO. I WOULD! I AM A LOAN ORIGINATOR, WHO REFERRED A CLIENT TO THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN 30 YEARS. THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE AN EXIT FEE OF $24,500 TO THE BORROWER NOR TO ME, IT WAS IN THE CLOSING DOCS THAT GET RECORDED. IT TOOK OVER 5 DAYS TO GET FUNDING. REQUIRED AUTO DRAFT AND NOW THE SERVICER DOESNT DO THAT. CLOSED ON THE 18TH, NO PRORATION TO HAVE THE NOTE DUE ON THE FIRST., THEN THEY CALL THE BORROWER ON AUG. 4TH TO TELL THEM THERE NOTE WAS DUE ON THE FIRST. WHEN AT CLOSING THEY SAID IT WAS DUE ON THE DAY IT FUNDED OF EACH MONTH. IN MY OPINION, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEIR TERMS CHANGE WHEN THE SERVICER CHANGES. UNPREDICTABLE LIKE THE WEATHER.!!! I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW HARD MONEY LENDER JUST TO GET MY CLIENT AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!!

These guys hounded me for my information - I told them exactly what I wanted, what I would accept and what I absolutely did not want. I wanted a longer term loan to free up some capital to get out of MCAs short term debt that uses all my extra resources and doesn't allow me to put away anything in case of an emergency. They came back with 100 day offer of 1/3 what I was looking for and said they could do something better after. I told them when I started dealing with them that I was going to write this review. I don't care if I didn't qualify - I told them to tell me straight up if I didnt' qualify - but not to try and BS me with a crap offer.
