I’m very happy with the final product. My signature looks fantastic, and the artist was sure to take into account all of my preferences when I asked for revisions. My only complaint is that it felt like it took a long time going back and forth with the revisions - almost like it was a deterrent for me. I think all-in-all, it was a little over a week to get the final product, and I feel like it could have been done in 2-3 days. I only ever got a reply once a day from them, even if I sent a request for revision first thing in the morning. In the end, I would recommend them.. in fact, we are thinking about ordering one for my wife.

I had a great experience and have already promoted it to others who I thought may enjoy this. They helped me narrow down and truly find a signature I enjoy and am actually able to use.

The timeline is accurate until you need edits. I anticipated requested edits delaying getting the final signature, but keep in mind each edit can take the full 3 days before you have the new choices.

Creative design and a nice outcome! The process was really easy, they emailed me a few times and I had to select a few designs I liked. After the initial email communication they sent me a draft with 10 email designs I had to select 3 and they then iterated on the one I liked the most for the final product. I really enjoyed the process and I have to say the signature was ready within the week. The reason I rate them 4 stars is for a mistake that was made where they added an extra letter to my name. After I emailed them they corrected it that same day. Otherwise, excellent service. Would recommend it highly.

My signature looked like a child signing, I wanted to upgrade it to be more professional yet feminine. The team did a fantastic job, listened to my feedback and made changes accordingly. Now I am practicing my new signature and feeling less embarrassed!

Really cool and unique product - I Love fountain pens, and using Signature pro to make a "fancy" signature was great - I've use this all the time, and even use the digital copy now for signing things electronically - which just adds a layer of security and uniqueness to the process - Getting the signature done was a fun process, and they took my feedback and made modifications based on what I wanted.

Communication was great and friendly, I liked end result. Bought this during Black Friday discount so I think I got good value.

During Christmas period at end of the year, there was a bit more delay on communication than I anticipated but within acceptable limits.

My experience working with signature pro was exactly what I was looking for. I began the process without any clear idea of what I wanted my signature to look like. I was given a wide variety of options as was able to refine until I ended up with something that was perfect for me. The process was quick, easy, and professional. I was concerned about some of the reviews for other companies, and I'm glad I found ended up using this one.

The turnaround time was timely. I was difficult and they never seemed to get irritated which I like and I do apologize for that. Several revisions were made until the signature I wanted was created. Thank you!

Having a one on one creative process with a calligrapher for your signature, being able to modify it, and being able to be taught how best to recreate it is a wonderful process everyone should use to elevate their signature, written presence and name.

The service was very easy to work with, I found the introductory questions to be good at narrowing down what you want, and the calligraphers were extremely amenable to all the changes I asked to make.
