Superb
To start, the website was super easy to use. The contact prior to production was well needed in our case. Communication from shipping to arrival was spot on. We didn't receive our mounting template but customer service was on top of it. Thank you very much. We will definitely use SignMonkey again.

The signs have large tabs on the…
The signs have large tabs on the outside of the sign that you can see. I thought there would be a stencil and a way to mount this without seeing tabs on the outside.

Good news! The tabs are removable. All of our signs are shipped with the tabs so we can safely mount and crate them for delivery without any damage. I can send you a pattern on Monday for installation without the tabs.

Great service
Sign damaged while being shipped. Sign Monkey quickly remade damaged items and shipped over night. Sign was still up in time for grand opening. Great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful to work with, they got everything right and the communication is one of the best i have ever had with any vendor. The sign showed up and looked just like it should, after we installed it we turned the power on and it lit up perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Easy to use website for ordering. Clear pricing. Sign took about 2 weeks to ship. Packaged well in a crate....no damage. Happy with the quality of the workmanship. Definitely recommend.

Great Product!
Great Product! Everything arrived as described and free of damage. The drill template made installation super simple and the whole process took less than 2 hours once the lift was in the air.
