If I could give zero stars, I would do it without hesitation. It has been more than 10 days since I placed my order and paid in full, and SIHI Dropshipping still can't ship my package to France.

They are very good at taking your money quickly (instant charge, of course), but when it comes to providing basic service, it's a complete void.

I contacted customer service but nothing helps, the package is still pending. My client is starting to get impatient and I'm left with a financial loss and a loss of credibility.

Honestly, if you want to avoid wasting your time, your money, and your energy, stay away. SIHI Dropshipping is NOT a reliable supplier. It's a bunch of incompetents who take your payments without delivering the promised service.

I strongly advise against it. A real shame for dropshipping.

ONLY ROBBERS. Just incompetent dropshippers, and on top of that dishonest and deceptive.

They still owe me USD 671.21, which has not been refunded. Since I decided to stop working with them urgently, they seem to believe they can simply keep the advance funds I deposited with them.

Out of 55 orders placed through them:

50% arrived more than 3 weeks after the order was placed.
10% never arrived at all. Their airline allegedly returned the parcels to them, and they claimed to have reshipped them, but provided fake tracking numbers for the reshipments. After one and a half months, customers requested refunds. SIHI never reimbursed me for these lost parcels. I had to refund my customers myself, meaning I paid for the merchandise twice and lost everything.
My customers no longer trust my business because of these impostors, and I have stopped all orders on my websites.
Some parcels were marked as delivered, but were actually stolen by the delivery driver in France, who signed the proof of delivery himself instead of the recipient.
Some orders arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. This supplier does not properly protect the goods.

I strongly advise against working with these people. Their prices are excessive and extremely expensive. When they buy a product on 1688 for USD 2, they charge you USD 30 for it, while I can only sell it for USD 40.

This company is a real Chinese scam.

On top of that, these crooks insult you and threaten you with legal action, so stay away from them!!!!
