SiloDirect Is a TOTAL SCAM company!

Purchased a crushable hat from ‘SiloDirect’ in February 2026 and STILL DON’T have what I paid for and no support from the company! I actually received a post from SHOP.com that stated the following: “Tracking information will no longer be displayed because the package was shipped with counterfeit postage. Please contact the merchant or seller for more information.” This IS CRIMINAL! Buyers beware!

Customer service sucked

The hat was okay but definitely wasn’t made correctly. Like the brim of the hat was made too small for the hat part. When I contacted customer service they said I could not exchange it for the shipping to Canada would be too expensive and that they would compensate me $3 in “good faith”. Mind you the hat was $35 +shipping.

I've orderd the caps and for the past month it say that it's in transit. I'm 200% sure i will never get them. So don't order.

Ordered a hat

Ordered a hat. The tracking information looked sketchy. Was saying delivery in September. It is now December, I emailed them to see where my product was and was emailed back, saying it was delivered then sent me the delivery information. It was "dropped off at the front desk" somewhere in Idaho. Problem is I live in Texas. I emailed them back saying that was not the address I gave them, then they emailed me back saying it had been returned to "original warehouse" and they could reship to me but I would need to pay more to cover their loss and shipping. I have asked 3 times for a refund.

Cheap Carnival Grade Hats

Ordered two hats, the packaging was cheap salafane plastic and once opened the hats were cheap too, the brims on the hats were not damaged but it looked like the deliver guy was sitting on them all day. No return policy, they want photos proving damage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ on carnival grade hats.

I ordered 3 hats from here on 23/8/2025 and have still not received it.they will not refund and will not give the courier name.would not recommend this company at all today's date is 30/10/2025

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!

Terrible customer service and product is not what it appears to be. Do not recommend. After waiting 2.5months for the hats I ordered they came completely damaged and squished. Not packaged properly- came in a plastic bag and then the company said it was in a box. Took pictures and sent it to them. They offered $7 from a $65 bill. Had to negotiate daily for the money to be refunded.

Horrible customer service

The order took 3 months to get and after I received the hat it was not even close to what I had ordered. It smelt like it just came out of a dead animal. After complaining to their customer service they said they could refund me 6 dollars lol. F*k these guys HORRIBLE COMPANY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Hat damaged and dishonest customer service

I bought a hat and when I received it it was damaged due to the fact that it was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag and not a box. I reached out to them for a refund or a replacement and even sent pictures of the damage. However, they were only willing to reimburse me 4 USD when the hat was about 40 USD. I told them that was unacceptable but they obviously have no integrity as a company. Do not buy from this company as they are dishonest and don't stand by their products.

This company is absolute trash. Buyers beware. What they advertise as far as quality in their product could not be further from the truth. I purchased the two hat set and when it finally got to my house, it was the cheapest material possible. They advertise their hats being Richardson quality however this is full out Dollar General cheapest material possible quality. I reached out to the company and provided pictures showing how the thread and stitching is coming apart and they refuse to refund my money. I tried giving these clowns a chance however I will be going back to Amazon. Save your money buyer beware.

No Delivery, No Refund

I ordered a pair of Truckers Caps almost 8 weeks ago, tracked the shipment daily and assumed they must be shipped via pigeon as they were taking so long. When they finally showed as arriving in the UK, the tracking stopped - which is where we still are today. No movement! I asked for details of the UK courier they'd used and was informed 'we use many'. I was then told they would reship the order, but they refused to give tracking information. I've requested a refund, with no response whatsoever. Abysmal service!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered hates back in July. I have yet to see these hats and when I asked for a refund they said “we’ll ship other hats”. This was also over a month ago. So no, they refuse to give me a refund and I still have no products . This is insane. Do not buy from here

Hats took over a month to arrive. Came crushed in a plastic bag. Wish I had found this site for reviews when initially searching for ratings. My experience is the same as others. Do not buy from these people.

Shipping

I order the trouble trucker hats. A week before labor day. I paid extra for the 7 to 12 day shipping. All ive been asking for is a refund on the shipping. Fyi its been a month and I still dont have the hats. They keep blaming the shipper. They refuse to refund me the shipping. I cant imagine if they get here and they are shitty how hard the return is gonna be.

I purchased two simple man hats from Silodirect, when ordering I wanted a brown hat and the black and orange hat. I thought that was what I ordered. However the receipt was for 2 brown hats. I figured my mistake, I'll just deal with it. After purchasing it on August 8th, the receipt charged me $17.39 taxes on a $59.98 subtotal. 28% tax..and $3.00 insurance that is NO GOOD. That was the start.

Tax $17.39 USD
Shipping $6.99 USD
Insurance $3.00 USD
Discount -$12.00 USD
Total $75.36 USD

Upon receiving my order after it traveled from SWEDEN to the US, it was packaged in a tear resistant bag from Gichael Licheal of Los Angels. The hats arrived Smashed on September 5th, deformed and looking nothing like the product I ordered. I contacted their support and stated my dis satisfaction in the product. The response I got was disturbing to me. Here's the reply I received.

No damage, just slight deformation.

Our warehouse has verified that there is no quality problem with your product.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 5 dollars .
Will that be acceptable?

Well that's great, but I can't even wear the hats they are so deformed. I'd have to take 3 hours to steam and shape the hat to be presentable. The hats are smashed, not just deformed, they were shipped in a plastic bag for gods sake. Not protected other than a cellophane bag they were in. I was charged Insurance but they did not state they would replace the hats but will issue me $5 out of "goodwill". What about taking them back and shipping ones that are not SMASHED. I didn't pay for a smashed hat. However, they believe their shipping method and quality is top notch and do not allow returns unless the support team reviews the issues and sends instructions. I guess they don't care about how your product looks when you receive it. It's a shame $75 gets me two worthless hats that can't even be worn and proud to wear. Therefore I give them 1 star because you have to at least rate them with 1.
So far it has just not been an acceptable transaction. 28 days and the product was poorly taken care of an handled by Silodirect and it's warehouse.
This is a Buyer Beware rating hoping you do not get the same treatment I have gotten as well as my shipment got.

I hope this helps at least 1 customer.

If zero stars was an option that's what they would get. I placed an order and within 10 minutes noticed they charged me more. Their cancelation policy states to call or email them within 12 hours of placing the order, which I did within 10 minutes. They replied about 6hrs later stating it was too late to cancel, even though we were still nowhere close to the 12hr window in their policy. Instead of honoring their cancelation policy, they repeatedly gave me the runaround and only refunded the extra amount. Then they kept telling me they couldn't cancel the order because it already processed, even though the charge didn't post for 2 days.
