Unacceptable service – disappointing supplier
We entrusted Silver Box with a production of custom-made boxes, and the entire process has been a major letdown.
The boxes are not the right color, deviating from the approved reference.
The dimensions are incorrect — each box is 1 cm larger than agreed, creating serious problems with our packaging workflow.
Although the invoice explicitly includes shipping, we were suddenly asked to pay an extra €490 for transport. This is both dishonest and unprofessional.
And worst of all, the shipment is now more than 10 days late, despite a clear timeline and the urgency we had explained.
Too many issues, no accountability, and zero reliability. This supplier has proven completely untrustworthy.
Avoid if you expect professionalism and respect for basic agreements.
