We will take care of everything, you wont have to chase us up,, that was the promise, in reality we did have to chase them up, they forgot our removal, ultimately the guys who did turn up were great, cannot fault them. The storage, silverfox had no idea where any of our stuff was so when we needed a suite for an event,, we had to go purchase another as they didnt know where our stuff was.
When our consignment was delivered, aside from the cost being stupid for a less than 10 mile delivery one delivery chap was clearly a p*sshead as he helped himself to our beer in our fridge throughout the day plus food,, they also mislaid one of our boxes, number of items in that box were from my late father. Could they care, no! You try to comment on their FB posts and they block you!
Frankly I am shocked they are still in business, what is good is that our expat community share info like this.
It really is simple, you cannot promise all and then shaft people- they get very angry.
We would never recomend this company. Some of the actual removal guys were great- except the drunk chap who told me upon arrival that he was bolloxed the night before so dont expect a lot,,, then showed me the enhancements his girlfriend or wife had had done! not professional, go somewhere esle.
