Terrible customer service very rude very impatient. Don’t get back to you and actually try to fob u off by ignoring you. I have and provided all evidence but they act as if they can’t see it. Then just ignore you. I text them every day for a week to be ignored in the end I had to call them out for their behaviour then I got told try another firm. Completely wasted my time and rude and inconsiderate too
