Purchased a silver Cuban chain 80gramms.
I was a bit curious as the item was priced way below jewellers rates.
Received it next day (Saturday) Took it to jewellers for testing.. it’s genuine 925 silver valued at over double what I payed.
So Silvertime come highly recommended from me, superb customer service also if you have questions… very happy

They sell really lovely jewellery. The website has a lot of information and really nice pictures of the items. The items look exactly how they do on the website, so credit to the photography team. I’ve spoken to the team over the phone a few times regarding sizes of items, and they’re really nice guys. Extremely helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Silvertime. Just purchased two items from here, first I got a diamond cut rope chain. This felt very real and was very heavy, this pushed me to make another purchase and buy the bracelet to match.

Ok so I am going to talk about silver quality. The quality to me seems genuine, the chains have fineness markings in a oval shape 925 to show it is sterling silver. The only problem I had was that the silver is supposed to be officially checked at Birmingham assay office, however I cannot see a Birmingham hall mark on the chain. I have contacted Birmingham assay office and they said they will check if the chain is of real sterling silver. Hopefully it will be confirmed to be brilliant quality as it appears to be.

A positive about this company is the designs are so good for men, these types of chain stores are very hard to get hold of for men in the U.K. I would love silvertime to start to bring in some gold and white gold versions of the chains.

Delivery was very fast, it came next day. This was another thing that pushed me to make the first purchase.
