They lost my original documents and…
They lost my original documents and took around 1 year to complete the level of communication was virtually non existent. All this with my money sitting in the bank.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and want to provide some clarity on the situation.
While we acknowledge that you sent the documents, unfortunately, they did not arrive at our office as expected. Our legal assistant reached out to you on the 4th of September and again on the 1st of October to inform you that we hadn't received them, which contributed to the delay. As soon as we received the documents on the 21st of October, we prioritised the matter and moved forward without hesitation.
Please also note that HM Land Registry currently has a 16 month waiting list, but despite this, we were able to successfully chase the matter and complete it within just two months.
We are committed to maintaining clear communication and ensuring a smooth process for all our clients. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out.

Power of attorney explained.
Everything was explained to me and I was not rushed at all . All my questions were answered satisfactorily and the consultant was very friendly and accommodating. I would happily use Silvertime again if necessary.

Really great customer relations
Really great customer relations. Brian visited us in our own home and very patiently and clearly explained the function of each of the documents involved in both our wills, our Lasting Power of Attorney and the setting up a Trust for our family. The visit was to a an elderly group
