Light fitting
Ordered a light fitting but unfortunately didn’t work. Made contact for a replacement and couldn’t fault them at all. The response in dealing with this was excellent. Replacement arrived and works. Would definitely order from them again.

I loved the product but unfortunately it was not suitable for my room. Very prompt and polite service from Etsy and Silvertrees when I contacted them to return and refund the item.
