We never use this organisation again after. After a few weeks we had to cancel the sale and purchase and we’re charged over £2500. Will never use them again be very careful read the small print!

Simeous made the whole process of buying and selling so easy and straightforward. They were accessible and transparent throughout and the app was so easy to use - it was reassuring to see the ticks appearing as pending actions were completed. I particularly loved the buying graphics especially the fireworks at the end!
