Why Haven't You Hosted a Server From SimpleGameHosting Yet?
All my questions were answered and gave all the information required for me to fix any issues. Customer support is amazing on all fronts (thank you Brian and Nikola) the only thing I'd give as a critism would be the amount of links given instead of writing out a response. This is a tiny nitpick because most of the time they would right out a response and they have those web links for a reason so they don't have to repeat it again and agva9in but I absorb information and can understrand through the conversation itself and specifics used for my situation. So if they were more open to just talking it through more (which they already do a lot and are fantastic at) All and all fantastic server hosting and absolutely brilliant customer service!

My experience with simplegamehosting
It’s not my first time using this service to set up a server with friends, and I’ve always had a great experience. This time, when we wanted to play again, I ran into an issue while importing my world. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly and efficiently the support team (here Nikola*) helped me. Thanks again for the great support! I would 100% recommend this platform to friends

10/10 Customer Service
They didn't make me feel stupid and did it all for me so I didn't have to . I just wanted to set up a cross playable server on Minecraft. Very affordable, easy to navigate. The talk to a human thing was amazing, please give BRIAN all the props.

Brandon did his best to be as helpful as possible with my hiccups surrounding the server. Although we haven't reached a solution yet, I am confident everything is being explored in order to get the server up and running again.

I was having trouble with my server and the Support Team at SimpleGameHosting helped me alot in regard to server maintenance, modpack problems and other miscellaneous issues. The main person who helped me was an agent called Nikola, I strongly recommend him/her to new users as they are amazing.
