I ordered the purple ruffled linen duvet in queen size. It took longer than I expected to arrive. Once I put the duvet on my comforter I noticed that there were three small holes. I was able to contact customer service and, after providing proof (pictures), they are sending me a new one without having to send the old one back.

This is the first linen anything I have had. I like that it is resistant to dust mites. After changing all my bedding (including getting a wool comforter), I feel as though I can breathe better.

My comforter is 86 x 86 inches and it fits well inside. There are ties in the inside corners to hold it in place. The ruffles go around three sides. The opening is approximately six inches from the end (on a ruffled side) instead of being right at the end like some duvets. I appreciate that.

I took off one star just because of the slow shipping and the disappointment I felt when I saw the holes in the first one I was sent.

The items arrived as described, brand new, free from damage, and online check out was straightforward. Linen for bedding is typically not as soft as other materials, however, I'm hoping it will get softer over time. Overall really good experience.

The shipment was delayed because of extra fees but offered to cover half, ended up covering all of it! Thank you appreciate it! Looking forward to get my package 📦

We ordered these sheets Christmas as a gift to ourselves on recommendation from our daughter! A friend also bought some for her daughter! We all love them so I ordered a second set!!!!

I recently got a Queen flat sheet in grey.
I love it, however it is smaller than what was advertised. It should be 90” (width) X 102” (length) and instead is 86” (width) X 97” (length).

Product arrived in pristine condition. Nice color as expected. Not sure I love the texture but linen is usually a bit "rougher" and cooler.

I ordered two duvet covers and they only sent me one. I contacted the company and they said they have put another in for shipment, but I haven't gotten it yet. The emails from them are not very clear.

Great product exactly as advertised. I will definitely purchase again.

I bought a bed skirt and duvet cover on the advice of Reddit. It is very nice and I’m very pleased.

I have contacted the company twice because I want to return the un-opened package of sheets because the color does not work for me and have not gotten any assistance on how to do that. I needed the sheets in flax/oatmeal color not in beige like it had looked at on the picture! How can I do that?
