No response... no refund
I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now. No reply to emails, via the website - I even phoned the warehouse. No response - despite saying they will get back to you in 'lightning speed!' Possibly the worst customers service I have ever received!

Appalling customer service, they do not respond to any emails there is no way of contacting them any other way and they are now not upholding their 100 day promise- DO NOT USE !!!

Don't buy from them
Don't buy from them.
I ordered a blanket a month ago, and received an email a week later saying it had been shipped. 3 weeks on and still no blanket. Info associated with the delivery tracking number suggests it hasn't been shipped at all. All requests for information on the status of my order have been ignored. Judging by the other reviews here, I will never hear from them or see my order.
Reported to Trading Standards Agency.

As other reviews state, appears to be a scam, have claimed the money back from my credit card company. Claims from the company on email blame covid-19 restrictions as part of the reason for the delays which is a particularly sh%%y thing to do when so many people are actually struggling.

Do NOT buy from this website - it’s a scam.
I rang their phone number to query where my order was, only to reach a completely different company.
They knew all about this company as they keep getting calls, and told me their details had been cloned.
Thankfully my credit card is disputing this and refunding all my money.

SCAM - Please do not order
This company has been reported as fraudulent. It is using another companies contact details for their customer service number and are basically running a scam. If in doubt ring the customer service number before you order.
