Excellent customer service. Really careful checking procedure before order was passed for manufacture to ensure a perfect fit for my vehicle. I was told upfront that they were extremely busy and therefore the delivery would be about 2 weeks which I always appreciate. Prompt communication of delivery too. Cannot fault on service.

So the matts I received for my 2017 Merc C Class Coupe were of a very high quality and exactly as I wanted them. The driver's matt does not quite fit - I can only get on of the poppers to click into place. Otherwise, very good. They look awesome!

I purchased a boot liner for my BMW estate car which was delivered in November last year.
I installed it as per the website instructions as nothing came with the liner and used the Auto Glam Tar remover where the hooks attached to clean the area.
By mid December the hooks had failed and the liner collapsed allowing dog hair and mud to get into the boot I was trying to protect.
Its now 20 weeks later and I still have not received the promised replacement hooks and pads to rectify the issue I have chased and chased this company and I have every single email relating to the issue where I have been told that "The Factory" have said they have been posted. The absolute worst "Customer Service" I have ever received. I use my car every day to take my dogs out and as a consequence of the liner failing my boot is filthy and the liner is crushed. A complete waste of my money. They have had my money and do not care that I have waited and waited to have the issue resolved. I have requested that they call me but not surprisingly they ignored my request.

the fixing system for the carpets is very poor. The driver's mat has already come unattached.

We have recently received a quilted boot liner for our X2. It fits perfectly and are delighted with the quality. The service has been excellent throughout and Dan responded very promptly and very positively with the queries we raised. We would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent quick service. However the mounting clips were broken on arrival which could have been due to delivery.

The driver's mat does not fit in the press studs as it should. Unfortunately l threw the oid one's away as my wife brought these for my birthday which is tomorrow 16/4/53 .Thanks Dave P 👍
