Delighted with purchase
First of all ordering samples was quick and easy, I ordered 8 because there were so many gorgeous shades to choose from. We went to the store and tried out the different styles and got good and helpful advice from Finn. We ordered a 4 seater in Olive and 4 weeks later it arrived in perfect condition, the quality is superb, the velvet is soft and luxurious. We are delighted.

The personal service that I received throughout my discussions by telephone as to the style and colour of the upholstery was excellent.

A beautiful sofa
A beautiful sofa with a tweak to the colour of the feet to match my decor. Finn is a great communicator and I got the impression nothing was too much trouble. I even managed to get the sofa delivered during the school holidays with a 5 week lead time.

We’ve just taken delivery of our new sofa and it’s everything we wanted. Finn has been great from a customer service perspective throughout and was super helpful when we needed to change the legs to reduce the height a bit (he brought them round in person same day!). From the initial call to the delivery of our fabulous Chesterfield Hector did not disappoint. Ordering process was absolutely brilliant Finn was very helpful and when I asked for a few extras to Hector there were no problems.Delivery was straight forward ASB kept me informed with updates and arrived on time. Ive got the Arthur chestfield in…
Ive got the Arthur chestfield in vintage spring meadow and its absolutely beautiful . Ive always loved Chesterfield and now I have the most beautiful hand made one.
Amazing service too . I recieved it in about 6 to 7 weeks from the day i ordered.

From sending a lot of swatches to placing an order the company was a pleasure to deal with, ringing us up to make sure we could get the extra large four seater sofa in the house. We delayed delivery due to holiday’s. The delivery agent was excellent, unpacking etc , photos taken to prove no damage. Above all a great purchase, so comfortable. Bliss.

Bought sofa,very happy with it decided to see if they did footstool, ordered a footstool. Arrived very well wrapped and made with the same dedication as the sofa, and craftsmanship to the men (and women) who made it. Thanks to all involved in the process.

So far so good
So far so good. We have only been sitting on Hector for two evenings but everything looks hunky dory, just what we had hoped for and expected. I suppose we don't know yet how it will withstand everyday living but it looks robust so fingers crossed. The delivery firm were excellent too.
